Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please do not invite unregistered visitors.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the schedule — feel free to ask in advance.
We use a lockbox on the door. The access code will be sent to you via message the day before your check-in. No need to meet anyone — you can arrive at any time from 4 PM onward.

Wi-Fi & amenities

The Wi-Fi network name and password are provided in the check-in guide and the welcome book inside the apartment.
Yes, a washing machine is available. Detergent is provided. Please do not run laundry after 10 PM out of respect for neighbours.
Yes — towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are all provided.

General

Nishikamata is a quiet residential area and very safe. The Kamata shopping arcade nearby is lively in the evenings with restaurants and local bars.
There is no dedicated parking. Paid coin parking is available nearby. We recommend arriving by train — Kamata station is very well connected.
