Yes — 300 Mbps fibre broadband is available throughout the apartment. The network name and password are in the house manual inside the room.
Yes, a washer-dryer is available. Detergent is provided. Please do not run laundry after 10 PM out of respect for neighbours.
Yes — towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are all provided.

Nishikamata is a quiet residential area and very safe. The Kamata shopping arcade nearby is lively in the evenings with restaurants and local bars.
There is no dedicated parking. Coin parking is available a 3-minute walk away at ¥300/night.
